Step 1: Diet
You should eat some of these foods, which are rich in omega-3, every day:
Salmon, tuna, sardines, and other fatty fish
Flaxseed oil, Flaxseeds, chia seeds, canola oil, and Fish Oil: capsules help with prolonging the anagen phase of the hair cycle.
Walnuts: contain a good source of omega-3 and 6, they're also great for strengthening your hair as well as your nails.
Soybeans, tofu, and cruciferous
Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts)
Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid are also important to your hair.
Foods with B6 include bananas, potatoes (both white and sweet), and spinach. Major sources of B12 include meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products.
Pumpkin Seeds: Fiber is a vital part of digestion, and incorporating more into your diet can help promote regularity. In a study, 76 men with male pattern baldness received 400 mg of pumpkin seed oil a day in capsules. That is only 2 pumpkin seeds a day! After 24 weeks of treatment, they measured scalp hair. They rated the placebo group as getting slightly worse over time, but the pumpkin seed oil group getting significantly better.
You can get folic acid with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and tomatoes. Whole-grain and fortified-grain products, beans, and lentils also have it.
Protein is also critical for keeping your hair healthy, but many people don't get enough. Lean meats like fish and chicken, eggs, and soy products are good sources. Eat one serving every day.
Because trace minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, and biotin also affect hair, it's a good idea to take a daily multivitamin.
Step 2: Hair Scalp Oil treatment - every single hair wash day
Plan when you are going to wash your hair throughout the week, then apply our hair oil scalp treatment to your scalp let it sit, and absorb for 3 hours. Then shampoo twice once with a detox shampoo and then regular shampoo or just shampoo twice.

The second product you want to add to your hair routine is hair oil. What Hair Oil does is it creates a barrier on the outside of the hair to keep everything nice and hydrated. We want to use this every day from the bottom of your ear down. Protecting your ends from drying out. Your ends are the weakest, oldest part of your hair because they stay on your head for so long that they have taken the most damage and need a lot of help to stay healthy and strong. Dry ends under a microscope -
Step 4: NO HEAT STYLING FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS
We want to load a bunch of moisture into the hair and allow that to create a strong and healthy base. After the 2 weeks we can start using heat again but please remember how crucial it is to our hair. We want to protect the hair using a heat protection spray.
We recommend using overnight heatless curls.
Lastly, we need something to protect the roots. If you leave them exposed they are going to dry out and that is what makes them vulnerable to damage and breakage. When we lose our roots we lose our whole hair.
Step 5: UV Protection
To protect your hair from the UV rays from the sun. We use sunscreen for our face why do you not protect our hair as well from the sun's UV Rays?
Your hair is not going to get long on the very first day but it will look significantly healthier and shinner, as your hair will start to grow longer and healthier each day, and soon you will start to see significant changes.
