Returns & Damages

Florica Hair is not responsible for refunds or replacements. Since Florica Hair products are cosmetics, we can not accept returns at this time due to hygiene concerns. Please check the ingredients of the product. Always perform a patch test. Make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients.

Damages

Please report any damages to your package within 3 days of receiving your package. Please get in touch with our customer service at floricahair.com@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way. Please attach photos or videos of damages and we will assist you with your order. If your package gets stolen, don't hesitate to get in touch with USPS customer service to submit a claim.
