Promote Hair Growth

Now, that we know the hair growth cycle and causes of hair loss, what can we do to promote hair growth and hair health?

Not having a proper hair routine and exposing your hair to the harsh elements, is what is causing your hair to dry out and get damaged. Dryed-out damaged hair is super prone to breakage and the longer the hair is on your head the more damage it gets and the more prone to breakage it's going to be. You can see after a certain length the hair just can't hold on it's so damaged and it's lost all of its strength, it just breaks off. Your roots are always growing out but the inch of growth never can reach the length of your hair because it would break off before it could get longer. That's why getting frequent trims doesn't work. Trims are the exact opposite of hair growth. This is why I don’t agree with getting hair trims or cutting hair split ends. Hair pills don’t stop that breakage when your hair gets longer, they are completely useless. Diet is a huge part of your hair growth journey.

A healthy diet can help your hair stay strong and shiny. What you eat can also keep you from losing your locks. If you’re not getting certain nutrients from food, you might see the effects on your hair.

Omega-3 fatty acids stimulate the anagen phase of the hair cycle. Essential fatty acids, especially omega-3s, play a key role in the health of your skin, hair, and nails.

Focusing on strengthening the hair, we will get it so strong that we won't lose any length to breakage during this Anegen Phase. Your hair can grow to its maximum potential even if you weren't blessed with the genetics of a long anagen cycle. Strong hair is also healthy hair, it looks healthy shiny, and way easier to style.
